Winmasters verification for new players
According to Winmasters’ terms and conditions, an individual applying for registration represents and warrants that any information they provide in their application form is accurate. You must provide at least the following personal data and information to register with the gambling operator:
a) Name and surname
c) Date and place of birth
d) Valid e-mail address
e) A personal bank account for money transfer and/or proof of payment method
f) Phone number
Real and verifiable data
Your full name, email, phone number, and mailing address must be real and verifiable. Winmasters will not register you if they find out that you provided false information. If you already registered, Winmasters will immediately cancel your registration and will proceed with a complaint submission to the relevant authorities.
If Winmasters becomes aware that a user has more than one account opened/used, they shall immediately freeze the users’ accounts and will permanently close down the accounts, besides the initial one opened. Reimbursements of initial deposits are processed to the same payment method which was initially used and under no circumstances transfers of balances between user accounts are allowed. All winnings, bonuses and freebets as well as relevant winnings deriving from the use of granted bonuses and free bets through the use of the multiple accounts, will be cancelled.
Important notice: Name, username and currency cannot be changed post account creation. Based on Directive 16/2016, all amounts related to sports betting events that are offered in the website, are using EUR currency.
30 day verification limit
In order for a user to make a withdrawal, eliminate all initial limitations and get full rights to any available promotions, the account must be verified within thirty (30) days from the registration date. For the account verification, the operator will request the following details in line with their Know Your Customer procedure:
- Client’s place of residence (a phone or another utility bill listing the landline number)
- Proof that the Client owns the payment method used to make a deposit in Winmasters (including last four digits of the credit card number, expiry date),
- Their ID to verify age (players under eighteen (18) years of age are not accepted)
- Their valid e-mail address (cannot be the same as any existing Client’s email address)
If the Client has changed any of their data, like their phone number or place of residence, they have to inform Winmasters at once so the new data can be updated. Winmasters is obliged to close any account if any data emerges to be false or misleading after the platform applies verification mechanisms.
Winmasters’ team reviews client details to make sure they are accurate. They might ask for further proof of address and identity in some cases, especially where the customer becomes an active user.
The system flags certain customers automatically as higher-risk customers and takes away their default settings to make deposits automatically. Such users are assigned a higher risk level based on severla factors, including, but not restricted to country of residence, IP log, country of issuing credit card, number of transactions within a defined period etc.
In case the company decides to close an account due to a KYC verification failure all winnings, bonuses and free bets along with winnings deriving from the usage of freebets and bonuses will be deducted, besides the initial deposit which will be reimbursed back to the same deposit method. People who sign up for a Winmasters Account acknowledge and accept the following:
- The “T&C” as published on the website, as well as any possible future changes
- All stipulations and definitions in the “T&C” and/or herein
- To maintain the account details up-to-date;
- That the Place of the Contract is Cyprus;
In addition, the T&C govern the contract. Winmasters does not accept any responsibility for people using their services, who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling has been outlawed, in whole or in part.
Winmasters customer support is available in a few languages. The Greek version prevails in any case of a dispute between a user and the platform.
Winmasters reserves the right to decline to open an account and/or to close an existing one, with proper explanation that will be sent to the players and the National Betting Authority, and contractual obligations already made will be honored.
