A search of “betdaq live chat” will take you to their Zendesk page. Once there, you’ll see a link saying “Go back to the BETDAQ website” at the very top. This is perplexing as we weren’t coming from there. This is followed by: “For the quickest response, Live Chat is available here” and a link. When you press that, you’re not taken to live chat at all. Instead, you’re directed to an online form on Zendesk titled “BETDAQ Customer Support.” You’re asked to provide your name, email, query topic, phone number, and message. We aren’t sure how many people would be willing to provide their personal data on a form that doesn’t seem to have been secured. Moreover, only the query topic is optional. You have to enter all the other info.
This happened although we accessed the site during live chat hours, which are from 9 am to 8 pm, Monday through Saturday. On Sunday, their live chat is supposed to be available from 9:30 am to 8 pm.
You’re informed that you can contact them by email if you want. The address is helpdesk@betdaq.com.
If you want to contact them by phone, the numbers are:
UK: 0870 1781 021 (13p per minute plus any network charge your telecom may have)
Ireland: 01 55 66 222
Everywhere else: +353 1 55 66 222
Phone chat is available from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 10 pm, and on Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm. According to their Zendesk page, limited support is available outside of these intervals. This is between 9 pm and 9 am daily.
