Pokerstars live chat

Pokerstars hardly needs an introduction as the biggest online poker room in the world. You’d expect their live chat to be on par with the highest standards, which it is. If you search for live chat, you’ll be directed to the site with the domain of your country, the country in which you’re currently located. With a VPN, you can access any domain. If you don’t have a VPN, you’ll be directed to that in your country automatically.

You’ll be directed to the Help page. The first thing you’ll see is a list of the most viewed articles. Common issues people look for help with are:

  • Cards: Authenticating your transactions with 3D Secure
  • Documents provided – Cannot deposit
  • Software issues – Chests not opening
  • Deleting/updating your card details
  • Deposits and Withdrawals: Available payment methods
  • Sending us our software’s log files
  • Cards: Card Verification Number (CVN)
  • Withdrawals: General Cashier instructions

On the right hand side, you’ll see a list of categories, such as Deposits and Withdrawals. Each category has a list of subcategories. Above this list, there’s a big green button labeled “Contact us.” You’ll be directed to a brief form. You’ll be asked to enter your email address, language, the reason for your query, and a message with subject and body. This information is mandatory. You can also choose a category and a subcategory if you want.

The above is for desktop users. Mobile users can access their support under the Account icon in the Help section.

It’s possible to chat live while you’re playing. At the table, go to the Chat tab and type your messages in the field. Press Enter and your text will appear at the table. On mobile, tap the chat box. It will expand on the screen and allow you to type your messages.

Some users complain about being unable to see the chat of other players at the poker tables. The platform suggests the reason for this is having modified some of the chat visibility options in your account by mistake. You can unblock player chats by right-click the image icon of the player and removing the check mark next to the Block Chat option.
