Not much information is available about their live chat. Most reviews we found, while helpful, provided no info on any kind of support being available. In addition, their site did not load at the time of writing. We did manage to unearth a site called Pissed Consumer, which claims it will forward your inquiries or requests to BetVictor. This is done through their site; you’re not redirected to BetVictor’s site. We don’t know if it works, but there are two options to choose from: Customer Service and Legal. We suppose if you have issues with using the site, registering, depositing etc. you should approach Customer Service and Legal for legal issues, things related to the law and regulations. Pissed Consumer also lists a contact address for BetVictor: the Corporate Office Address of BetVictor Limited, which is Suite 2:01, World Trade Center, Bayside Road, Gibraltar, Gibraltar GX11 1AA.
It might also be possible to get in touch with them via another third party, a UK company called Resolver, through their site. You click on “Contact BetVictor now” on Resolver’s site. You’ll be taken to a list of categories:

As you choose one or the other, you’ll see a list of subcategories to choose from. What Resolver does is provide customers of BetVictor with the opportunity to start a case against the operator. This process transpires in four stages: select an issue, find out what your rights are, provide details surrounding the case, and reviewing it. Then, the mediator will “send your case off.” At this stage, they do not disclose their fees. They may be worth resorting to if the operator won’t respond via live chat or not answer your emails to the address listed above.
