If you enter a query related to Skybet’s live chat, you’ll be taken to a list of popular topics, which includes topics like Football Season 2021/22, horseracing, My Account, new user, Offers and Promotions, and Banking Query. As of the time of writing this article, trending topics included Cash Out, Finding My Open & Settled Bets, and Free Bet Information. These had many millions of views. If you don’t choose any of these, you’ll see “Need more help?” and a “contact us” button. You click on the button.
Once you do, you’ll be asked what you’re contacting them about and to type in your query. Let’s say it’s something really general, like “’account”. If you type in “account”, you’ll get the following prompts:
“Need to recover your User ID or PIN?”
You’re informed you need to recover your ID first if you have forgotten both that and your PIN. You have a link below to click on. This will take you to recovery. Any emails you get from Skybet will include your user ID.
You need to undergo “enhanced” user ID recovery. As part of this, the postcode will be the one you used when registering the account. However, the email address might be an older one that you used when setting up the account. If you have forgotten the PIN, Skybet provides a link to click on to recover it or change it.
Whatever issue you have, the info on the support page won’t necessarily answer it. You’ll see a button labeled “still need help?” Click on that and you’ll be taken to a page with their live chat as well as several other help options, including messaging and email.
Click on live chat. You’ll be asked for your first and last name, email address, and the category of your question. Categories include login, verification, deposits and withdrawals, and more. You’ll be told your place in line and you’ll most likely be asked to wait.
On April 21 this year, Skynet posted in their Complaints Contact Details section:
“We are currently only operating Live Chat and Email as methods of contact.” They add that anyone who wants more information around their services during the lockdown can click on the link to their support page, which features a list of COVID FAQs. The email accepting support requests and complaints is complaints@skybettingandgaming.com.
